Beware this eBay scam

Having watched this video, my first and main thought:

Theft needs to be considered a capital crime again. I understand why throughout history thieves were always put to death: hung, crucified, hands chopped off, etc.

You have to discourage people taking "the easy way out" and just stealing other people's stuff instead of working hard and buying your own.

You can't have civilization where people live out lives in peace, perform advanced careers (which make civilization itself possible) when a small group of people is constantly trying to steal your stuff.

Having encountered scammers on the phone, and they are getting very sophisticated in their methods of trying to obtain information off your computer - once you get hooked into remote viewing of your computer, I would have loved to send a lethal shock down the phone line. Raiding an office devoted to scamming, well, at the sound of being naughty....kill everything that moves. They are loathsome b*tards.

Here are my thoughts on theft.

No matter how you labor or earn your money to support yourself and your family, "money" and "things" are proxies for the irreplaceable hours of your life spent in getting "money" and "things."

If you  steal the last few minutes of someone's life to cut it short, it is still murder. Why then is stealing irreplaceable minutes, hours, or years from the middle of someone's life not a species of murder?

It's a good reminder for when the time of plenty comes to an end. Human nature hasn't changed thanks to modern convenience, and thieves will re-adapt themselves to the coming period of barbarity.

I wouldn't even use eBay anyway given that they pay for abortion travel costs.
