I just visited BeforeItsNews.com today (a lot of good material posted there, as well as some nonsense -- no one ever said you could just sit back and find the truth as easily as couch surfing the TV. Sorry, but you have to use that brain and THINK even though "but it huuuurts to think....")
Today, when I tried to visit the site, Chrome gave me an ominous warning, making a wild allegation that they are engaged in phishing.
Strange, I've never seen anything like that and I've been visiting the site for months. They just have 1 form for submitting news, and a main page which displays and ranks the news stories, using an upvote/downvote system.
It's a news site, plain and simple. They aren't selling anything, much less asking for your credit card.
I'm very, very suspicious about this. It's as if they want to keep people away from JUST ONE of the news stories on that site, possibly more than one...
