He was found guilty on three lesser items, but his overall verdict was a clear victory.
When someone "wins" they are exonerated of the charges. He didn't "win." He was just not guilty on the felonies, and was found guilty on the misdemeanors, and still has to serve a long time in prison for it.

That's not a win.
