Maybe because Eve came from the rib of Adam, so in the human race's fallen nature, people (in a distorted mindset) excuse females emulating males, but, barring the insidious social-engineering campaign by Juden, the human race still has a natural abhorrence towards males emulating females, perhaps because man didn't come from woman. God created man, and then He proceeded to create woman from man's rib.
To clarify, I totally agree females shouldn't dress like boys. I was trying to say that maybe the reason females have dressed like males for a long time is because, due to original sin, part of their epigenetics is distorted in some way where they try to exhibit the source of their own being. That source is male because Eve was created from the rib of Adam. So in some weird way, part of them, subconsciously, long for being a male which is expressed in how they dress. There's another name (two words) for it, but I won't mention it. I'm not saying this is the case, but a possibility.
