    "Sorcha" (aka David Booth) has been around for nearly 20 years now with the same MO.  He picks up on conspiracy theories that are out there, maybe adds a slight twist here or there, and then gratuitously slaps on that it came from "Russian intelligence".  Booth has no background in intelligence and lives in Tennessee.  He's been peddling this stuff for 20 years, and is totally hit or miss in terms of accuracy, and the hits are due to his simply having glommed onto various conspiracy theories that were in fact solid.  But he'll latch onto anything that will get him views on the website.
