    Oh you are so good, KlasG to find this.  I have looked and looked for it.  A very wise religious Brother, now deceased, use to quote that verse.  He would say the meaning is that when true Doctrine is abandoned, God allows the effeminates to assume power. 
    How true - we see it.

    • After Vatican II, the priest's garb was changed to a dress for the NO Mass. From that moment on I saw an effeminate priesthood.

    Click on the video again and see the look that Cardinal gave the pope around 35 second mark. Boy I would like to start a caption cartoon that asks "What's this all about Holy Father?"

    Why were the Pope and his cardinals being entertained by an entourage of youth doing obscene gestures similar to that done by "Madonna." Instead of attending such obscene entertainment, the Pope should have been leading the world in devout prayer, but alas, he is leading people astray as a wolf dressed as a lamb.
