So you've been cut off from the internet and you can't access your bank account, the grocery stores are requiring a QR code to get through the gates at the front of the store and you can't even buy gas.

Because of the devastation of WWIII and all the other craziness that has afflicted society

there is an effort to unite the world in peace by having everyone agree to the Noahide Laws which will bring back law and order, peace and security and "sanity".

In order to get access to the system which allows you to buy or sell you have to agree to the Noahide Laws by checking a box on your phone which looks something like this:

The family unit is the foundation of human society. sɛҳuąƖity is the fountain of life and so nothing is more holy than the sɛҳuąƖ act. So, too, when abused, nothing can be more debasing and destructive to the human being.
Establish courts of law and ensure justice in our world.
With every small act of justice, we are restoring harmony to our world, synchronizing it with a supernal order. That is why we must keep the laws established by our government for the country’s stability and harmony.
