Well, to a point.  Or else God handed the Goyim over to their control.  However one looks at it.  In general, yes, they do flee confrontation, but by this time they control the world's governments and therefore military and police forces and court systems, etc. ... to the point that any given individuals who might resist them can be dealt with quickly.  There would need to be an organized rebellion from under their yoke, and that requires credible leadership.  Of course, the Jews are at work to pre-empt that by setting up their "false opposition" leaders for those on the Right.

You admire russia, Iran and india?  All of the countries you cite allow severe abuse of women:
