But really, this is certainly taking the whole idea of a modern Catholic militia to a new level. If nothing else, it might give people an excuse to entertain the concept.

The heart is in the right place, but the thought is flawed for the following reason:

What nation, law enforcement agency or other official, armed entity is going to defend Catholics by decreeing or ordering the use of force? There is no such entity today. All of the nations and agencies in the world today are anti-Catholic. They're of Anti-Christ. This new Catholic Order can never rely on any nation or entity to defend Catholics unless the nation is truly a Catholic nation led by a Catholic government preserving and defending the Social Reign of Christ. No such nation exists today.

This new Catholic Order is going to have to think outside of the box and be asymmetrical in their actions in order to help defend Catholics.

They sound like they are getting together to live action role play. They should spend their time fulfilling their daily duty, raising their families, and praying rosaries.

The "brother" sounds like a moron and a novus ordite. Father Hamel was not "martyred." He was an apostate. The rest of his screed sounds like nonsense. He is going to get well meaning people into great deal of trouble.

Yeah, it's obviously flawed in it's foundation. At least there appears to be a decent instinct to fight, but first things first: the Mass of All Time. Can't have a successful crusade without it!
