  • I haven't watched it yet but considering the length I think it will be useful. :popcorn::popcorn:

  • Here's my favorite Benny Hinn video. It's an oldie but a goodie.

Warning: the video is set to heavy metal satanic music, but it goes along with the satanic subject matter quite well. It might be necessary to adjust the volume when viewing:

"It is licit to resist a Sovereign Pontiff who is trying to destroy the Church. I say it is licit to resist him in not following his orders and in preventing the execution of his will. It is not licit to Judge him, to punish him, or to depose him, for these are acts proper to a superior."

LOL ... Copeland is my favorite, since the guy looks absolutely demonic.

  • I kept wondering if the Dimond Brothers were throwing in the "special effects" like the Pillsbury Doughboy.  That actually made me believe that the Brothers do actually have a sense of humor, something I wouldn't expect from their always-serious-almost-dour expressions in all their videos.

  • Of the average crazed audience at one of those events, I've long wondered what percentage of the audience / congregation:

    1) are actually under some diabolical influence or
    2) just play along because they see everyone acting that way and don't want to feel left out or
    3) succuмb to a kind of mass psychosis, where they actually believe these things are happening to them

It may be some blend of these where they feel as though God rejects them if they don't experience these "effects of the spirit [sic]", and so they play into something that makes them party to the psychosis.  Some of them may actually become partially demon-possessed.

I've wondered the same thing. What is it that causes this crazy behavior? It's probably a combination of what you describe above.

In any case, it's just another example of how easily people are drawn into error. I don't think that these pentacostals are necessarily bad people, but they can't see that this behavior is bad.

Yeah it's crazy how these people go along or are fine with this. It all seems so off putting.

  • I'm so excited that the Dimonds made a video on this. I noticed that they didn't offer a whole lot of commentary, because the clips honestly speak for themselves. When I became an atheist as a teenager, a big part of it was because my perception of Christianity was that it was largely the Charismatics. In their insanity and foolish antics, these Charismatic Evangelicals push sane people away from God and make a mockery of Christianity, all according to Satan's plan.

Ascent of Mt Carmel has a playlist as well, it's got plenty of commentary.

  • Here is a good study on the Charismatic Movement that was originally published in the March 1998 Angelus:

Yes, they said very little about it, and the clips do speak for themselves.  They say there's a Part II coming where they'll expose "Catholic" (aka Conciliar) charismatics, and I expect that they'll have a little more to say about that than they did about the Prots in Part I.  With Part I, they could probably have done a little more to show the various exposes that have been made about some of these clowns by others ... as frauds, swindlers, and charlatans ... but I guess they figure they'd be preaching to the choir as their audience is mostly Catholics.

I'd also love to see a video about the Scofield infiltration of Protestantism on behalf of the Jews, and the Prot position on the whole God will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel nonsense.

Nice to hear. 2.5 hours of demonic activity isn't something I'd watch and I wouldn't send it to my NO charismatic acquaintances either. Hopefully the sequel is of a more manageable length and with clear-cut explanations of why it's wrong. I mean, these charismatics already see this type of stuff with their own eyes and they think it's good and normal, so how will a video of it help them?
