Can't say they are aliens, but I certainly wouldn't eliminate demons

Demons can't "feed off" humans, harvest their energy, or harvest their souls.

And battles between angels and devils, good and evil, doesn't look like an RPG (Both sides casting spells at each other, wondering who is going to win, etc.)

Whatever Hollywood, and various fiction writers would like to say to the contrary.

I guess working for the eternal damnation of souls doesn't make for good drama? I guess the idea of a demon "growing more powerful" with each conquest raises the stakes a bit higher, raises the tension level, but still. It's not reality.
