    DAILYKENN.com -- While far-left Democrats continue to skirl their agiprop about neo-nαzιs, they support crimes worse than those attributed to Josef Mengele. Case in point: The fetal remains of 165 babies were found in the trunk of an abortion physician. 

    Dr. Ulrich Klopfer won't face charges. He's died in September, 2019, at age 79. 

    Another 2,246 preserved fetal remains were discovered in the dead doctor's home by his family. 

    Klopfer performed abortions in Indiana but was living in Illinois at the time of his death. 

    And about those "back alley" abortions the far-left claims they are avoiding: To my knowledge there is not one docuмented case of an abortion being performed in a back alley. There is, however, a docuмented case of 2,246 dead babies discovered in an abortionist's home and another 165 found in his car trunk. You may read the docuмentation below:
