Sorry about the commentator but it was just so obvious with the guy commentating as opposed to just watching the videos.

That sure looked like dissing to me.

Too bad the comedian weakened the impact of the clip.

The comments evince the pervasive and palpable hatred of the Church.

That's not disrespect for the OFFICE of the Papacy; that's disrespect for the man pretending to hold it.

These Cardinals have enough respect for the OFFICE of the Papacy that they are refusing to honor someone who doesn't deserve the obeisance that is due the Pope.

Would you bow and shake the hand of just some guy walking down the street dressed up as a Pope? How about Pulvermacher or P*pe Michael? I doubt it.

Now, would you honor and obey a man who was responsible for aiding and abetting perverts who victimized your children?

No, you wouldn't, and you'd better get through your head that those Cardinals see Ratzinger as a morally-bankrupt apostate from the Faith AND those holy Cardinals also see the victims of the Wojtyla/Ratzinger scandal as THEIR children, which, spiritually, they are.

They're OUR children, too, because the Apostle St. Paul tells us that we are to do good ESPECIALLY to those of the HOUSEHOLD of faith. That means we are family. Family doesn't DO what this criminal did and allowed his minions to do.

You should just be glad that not shaking his hand is ALL those Cardinals did.

I know plenty of parents and parishioners out there that would like to shake his NECK.

I don't disagree Francis, but it's not like that's what they were thinking...."Oh, we all know he's not the Pope now"... in light of that it is pretty sad and even scandalous. Well, the Novus Ordo Gets the Leaders they deserve.

Don't get me wrong, Gr.I, I'm not suggesting that those Cardinals were or are sedevacantist; I am just saying that they refused to play a game of etiquette to cover the fact that they don't believe he deserves their respect. Whether they think he's the valid Pope or not, they are certainly not just going to go through the motions with what they surely know about him.

Can you imagine the difficulty that the rules surrounding obeisance to the Holy Father would have caused even 100 years ago? Kissing the Papal ring and kneeling? I'm not sure these men would have agreed to an audience with him if he were pulling this trash back then.

It IS sad, though, that the Novus Ordo is so completely secularized that almost NOBODY follows any of the other traditional rules either, like GENUFLECTING before the Tabernacle, rather than this stupid 'nod of the head' thing that people do. Of course, since most of the Ordites don't believe in the Real Presence of Our Eucharistic Lord anyway, they can't be bothered to kneel.

Oh, and that reminds me... but instead of hijacking THIS thread, I am going to start another one.
