  • Just wanted to put out a bullet point for a 'battle speech' to all of those with the Faith here.

We must have no timidity against our accusers and modernists. I will not name those who were quite big names in the Traditional movement and have fell by the waist-side by acting "timidly".

    What does "timidity" mean?

    tim·id  (tmd)
    adj. tim·id·er, tim·id·est
    1. Lacking self-confidence; shy.
    2. Fearful and hesitant:

We must be bold now. The time is upon us to no longer be afraid of repercussions from our acquaintances, family friends, family members, etc. If we can speak the truth to them and do so in charity, we must.

Just a thought of mine on this Sunday.

  • Awesome point. Timidity is one reason that no one sticks up for the truth anymore, they're too afraid. We must all have the courage to defend the truth. Even if it means we must be martyrs for the Faith. But as Bishop Williamson once said, "Hey, that's the fastest elevator to Heaven".
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.
