Lets be honest - it is totally unrealistic. Majority of cardinals either don't care or are liberal heretics. Even few conservatives like Burke or Sarah insist that Vatican II "must be interpreted in light of Tradition" and would never support an imperfect council. To do so would be to admit that the Church is in the biggest crisis in her history.
A council consisting solely of Traditionalists is unrealistic a well, not only because of the division between R&R's and SVs, but also because of the fact, that all of Traditionalist bishops certainly understand that such a call for imperfect council would be a golden opportunity for the modernists to attack Traditionalists as "disobediant" and "schismatics", making SSPX, Resistance et al. even more marginalized and unable to reach Catholics.
The bottom line is, such a council would not get support of Catholics and whoever conducted it would be immediately labelled schismatic. In eyes of the masses it would be no different from Pope Michael's "conclave".
And even if such a council would be called and somehow deposed Francis, what then? A new Pope (who?) would have to nullify Vatican II, abolish the New Mass, excommunicate great number of prelates and laicize thousands of Novus Ordo priests. It is wishful thinking, the modernist rot has corrupted post-Conciliar structures too deeply to repair it from within. My guess is it will end with Chastisement foretold by Our Lady in Third Secret of Fatima and in Akita, as well as in numerous other private revelations.
