I do not see how it is calumny to state my opinion that you are not a good moderator. I am not sure why this bothers you so much. It's not like I am saying you are a bad person or a bad Catholic. (Just think about all the things you have called me in the past.) As far as I'm concerned, very few people have the qualities needed to be a good moderator. I am even on record saying that I do not think that I would be a good one.

I guess you are right that I am a bit frustrated about being banned from Te Deum. I lurk there and I occasionally see a post that I would like to respond to, especially now that there are more women posters and more posts on homemaking topics. So yes, I would be grateful if my ban were lifted. (Ironically enough, I would probably be a model poster in terms of following rules and respecting moderator authority. That is just the way I roll.)

But I'm not losing sleep over it. It has been over a year since I was banned and that has been plenty of time to get used to it. I was in the wrong and I have to accept the penalty that was given.

I wish you all the best dealing with the additional responsibility while Sbyvl is on hiatus.

Rum calumnates...you grouse...and it bothers me not a wit. What is good about the moderators sbyvl chose... me included... is we reflect ALL of the types of Catholics in traddom...including boorish construction workers...why?...because in the Body there are many members...now so far in my over a year of tenure less then 10 (if that) members have found me so offensive as to have to leave...and since we have gained and retained close to 2 to 3 new members a month and growing...SBYVL must have known what he was doing.

What is acting Catholic? Are you without sins and faults brother? By what standard do you judge me not Catholic?
As I said I rarely have scandalized anyone of quality at TeDeum with a couple to whom Ive apologised...2vermont has been scadalized by my "shenanagins" and I am sorry for that...she is a quality member...I think her and I have major personality clash issues (we get under each others skin)...I want her to know I wasnt being sarcastic when I promised that I would never ban her for any reason. Which is the only reason Ive been posting here really..to send that message.
Some folks think that unless people are Mary Poppins or Maria Von Trappe they arent being Catholic...I say those folks are blind to the reality of humanity.

He definitely should resign from being a moderator, for the sake of his soul, and that of others. He is quite unfit for the position.
