Why do so many sedevacantists feel the need to impose their own private interpretation upon the rest of us? What are you afraid of? Maybe we'll interpret the quote a different way? Are you afraid you might have got things wrong?

    Quote
A great [spiritual] chastisement will fall on the entire human race; not today as yet, not tomorrow, but in the second half of the Twentieth Century. [Vatican II]

No longer does order reign anywhere and Satan will reign over the highest places directing the course of events. [such as Vatican II]

He (Satan) really will succeed in infiltrating to the top of the Church. [Viz., there will be an anti-pope.]

Also for the Church a time of Her greatest trials will come.

Cardinals will oppose Cardinals; Bishops will oppose Bishops and Satan will march amid their ranks, and in Rome there will be changes.

Let's just say I believe in Truth, accuracy, and letting the chips fall where they may.

    Here is the full quote:

What is rotten will fall, and what will fall will never rise again.

The Church will be darkened and the world deranged by terror.

A great war will break out within the second half of the Twentieth Century.

Fire and smoke will fall from Heaven, the water of the oceans will become vapors and the foam will rise up and flooding and sinking everything.

Millions and millions of people will die by the hour and the survivors will envy the dead.

Death will reign everywhere for the errors committed by the foolish and by the partisans of Satan, who, then and only then, will reign over the world.

At last, those who will survive all of these events will once more proclaim God and His Glory and serve Him like before, when the world was not so corrupted.

Not sure why you have an issue with SV's explaining the private revelation in the way they see fit given the point of the thread was to provide private revelations that support sedevacantism.  Of course SV's are going to interpret things "their" way here.  Anyone who has a different private interpretation can offer those up as well.
For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. (Matthew 24:24)

Well stated.  Perhaps it has something to do with the fact that he disagrees with SV?
"I receive Thee, redeeming Prince of my soul. Out of love for Thee have I studied, watched through many nights, and exerted myself: Thee did I preach and teach. I have never said aught against Thee. Nor do I persist stubbornly in my views. If I have ever expressed myself erroneously on this Sacrament, I submit to the judgement of the Holy Roman Church, in obedience of which I now part from this world." Saint Thomas Aquinas the greatest Doctor of the Church

In saying that, you have already made a judgment that Fr. Luigi Villa's identification of the Third Secret does not entirely apply to our times. What makes you think that?
