Title: What does it take to make a Perfect Contrition/Confession?
Post by: SaintsSoaring on November 04, 2017, 11:17:56 PM
I make Confession to a Priest, but if put in circuŠ¼stance where there was no priest available, how would you confess all of your sins to God and know that they are all forgiven?
(I hope I am making sense/describing it the most accurate way as possible)
Please correct me if my statement may be in error.

With the scarcity of priests these days, I urge all Catholics to obtain a Pardon Crucifix.  I learned about this sacramental prior to Vatican II, however, if I remember correctly it must be blessed, and Please understand it does not take the place of the sacrament of confession when it is possible to go to confession.
