What does it mean--what are the implications--if Pope Francis and Friends wants to decentralize the Church, and perhaps, even erase the office of the papacy?
It strikes me as some sort of FreeMasonic attempt at instituting a sort of Republicanism into the structure of the Catholic Church.
But perhaps I'm wrong? What would such a move say about our pope and his friends? What would such a move say about their intentions and plans? What would such a move say about their priorities?
Would the Catholic world "bite," and happily "take it," giving into any demand, change, or novelty? How would such a move affect the Catholic world?
And, finally, how would such a move affect the Traditional Catholic community?

In practice? What's true for Germany is not necessarily true for Bongo-Bongo-Land, e.g., German bishops permit public adulterers receiving communion, while this is harshly opposed by African bishops.

Well, the bolded phrase would mean the he can't be a valid pope. The papacy is not a creation of the Church as dioceses and parishes are. The existence, powers, and authority of the papacy are dogma.
While I am already convinced he is an anti-pope, even if he were truly the pope, he can't bind a future pope and if there is a bishop of Rome...guess what...there's a pope. The only way he can erase the papacy is by ensuring the entire episcopacy is destroyed. Oops! Looks like the Conciliar church has already done that!

Less Vatican-centric goes along with his apparent goal of destroying the very idea of the papacy & the Holy See. Dissing the conventions of the papacy, I'm just the bishop of Rome, and just call me frank, slyly come off to the gullible masses as aw-shucks humbleness, but what is actually happening is the papacy and the authority of the Holy See is being trivialized.
Also, by "filling Heaven" with a bunch of bogus "saints," he slams the ideas of true saints such as the fewness of the saved, reduces the significance of canonization, and has everybody expecting their chum Joe Smoe to be the next saint. Hmmmm... Maybe that's not such a bad idea if we can get Joe Smoe slated instead of Roncalli.
Back to his humbleness and dissing the conventions of the papacy--that's not being humble at all. How much more arrogant can somebody be to have the honor of attaining papacy, and then being "too cool" to accept the full tradition. How much more of an arrogant s.o.b. can one be than to say stick your tiara & red slippers up your ---, I'm too cool for that. Or more Phariseesque than to say come watch, photo, and write about how humble I am.
His less Vatican-centric is consistent with what the atheist reported that he said about clerics in that interview that the Vatican has since retracted as him being to mush-headed to have given a valid interview.
I'm not impressed by his less Vatican-centric approach nor his widening, smoothing, and paving a "broad path to Heaven" for a bunch of bogus saints.

I expect he will resign. 2 "popes" in a row resigning will make the papacy seem like just another job. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes out proclaiming that he know longer sees a need for the papacy. I really think he is intentionally trying to minimize the office.

He can't do away with the papacy--the non-sedes said so...

1) He is non- and/or, more than likely, anti-Catholic modernist advancing the freemasonic/jew agenda of seeking to destroy the Church;

Most of the Novus Ordo world would "bite"--a very small few would come to their senses.
And, finally, how would such a move affect the Traditional Catholic community?
R&Rers would probably still be R'ing&R'ing. That's kind of an absurd thought though, especially beyond Frank and BXVI's demise in the event nobody else is elected. Perhaps everybody would agree that there is no Pope in such a circuŠ¼stance, and proceed to put together a legitimate conclave.

Elimination of papacy. Bishops make up doctrines, morals and worship by taking votes. If vote were anything like AZ went through....The minority becomes the majority. Call it Communism!
