Title: What Bergoglio should have said

"If one member suffers, all suffer together with it” (1 Cor 12:26). These words of Saint Paul forcefully echo in my heart as I acknowledge once more the suffering endured by many TRUE CATHOLICS due to LITURGICAL abuse, the abuse of power and the abuse of conscience perpetrated by a significant number of BISHOPS and PRIESTS. Crimes that inflict deep wounds of pain and powerlessness, primarily among the victims, but also in their family members (and in the larger community of believers and nonbelievers alike?!?!?). Looking back to the past, no effort to beg pardon and to seek to repair the harm done will ever be sufficient. Looking ahead to the future, no effort must be spared to RESTORE THE MASS OF AGES but also to prevent the possibility of IT EVER BEING ABROGATED AGAIN...."

It is not my intention of making light the pain of those suffering from the sɛҳuąƖ abuse but to acknowledge that there are others in the body of Christ who have been suffering for many decades and we have not been responded to.

..
Who is speaking in the OP ("It is not my intention...") and whom is being quoted ("These words of St. Paul...")?

Quotation marks open only once, at the beginning, and close twice. So was there a typo omitting open quotes somewhere?

The top paragraph is my edited version of the beginning statement from the Pope's letter (bold caps are mine).

the bottom statement is mine.
Title: the Church should be an "instrument…of the unity of the entire human race"‽

He quoted Lumen Gentium's Masonic statement that the Church should be an "instrument…of the unity of the entire human race", i.e., a tool of the globalists‽

This is exactly the Masons' plan. Since they gave up trying to destroy her (they think that's impossible), they are now using her to advance globalism (cf. the Permanent Instruction of the Alta Vendita (https://isidore.co/calibre/#panel=book_details&book_id=4568) or Msgr. Dillon's Grand Orient Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ Unmasked (https://librivox.org/the-war-of-antichrist-with-the-church-and-christian-civilization-by-george-f-dillon/)).
