A short story to possibly undertstand Kam:
A fellow is around age 26 I know, we shall call him Thomas. He used to go to my parish and teach RCIA. One of the Prot-Catholic converts he instructed, we shall call him Paul, became a freind of mine.
Thomas is fine to debate anargue with Prots, but has rejected any materials, books, CD's,etc that in anyway questions V2. he now will not talk to me nor to Paul.....we are labelled, from what I hear "schismatics" and "conspiracy nuts"
The books I sent him and links-tossed in the trash and unread. Copious emails from me, Paul and others, ignored-he simply turns/twists words of V2 to fit anything-which of course is the problem with wording of V2 anyway...
He has stated he just wants to worship and does not want to dig any deeper than the surface...NO Mass, fantastic to him and prthodox.....V2, same, TLM,Eastern Rites, same.....
religious liberty-fine, V2 docuŠ¼ents mean to him we cannot force worship....
He does not want to read, listen to or accept the words of those that were even at V2!! Like ABL..ABL has something to gain he says and is excommuncated....Williamson, is a conspiracy nut and schsimatic.....
So, that is the story.anyone seeing a parallel between Thomas and Kam??? Both will not dig, listen and can hold 2 opposing opinions at the same time....
