Can an anti-pope "resign" from the papacy?

After his last video, I went into the comments section underneath and commended Voris for rightly condemning the promotion and even condoning of sodomy as heretical.  And he excoriated Bergoglio for doing the same thing.  So I asked, "What does that make Bergoglio?  ... a heretic."

So he does it again in this video.  Those who cover up these crimes have no supernatural faith?  Does that include Bergoglio?

Bergoglio is a gift from God.  He's waking up a lot of people who have been duped by the Conciliar Church.  And +Vigano has been a wrecking ball against these guys.  Notice how Voris is starting to wake up and referred to the problems that have afflicted the Church for 50 years.  +Vigano is the wakeup call, and then people look at his predecessors and realize that they weren't that much different.

Voris does make a false distinction between "theology" and "morals", claiming we have no right to criticize theology but do have a right to criticize Bergoglio's teaching on morals.  Moral theology IS theology.

Unfortunately folks get hung up on the  "formal declaration" bit, ignoring the Divine Law/no need for formal declaration issue.

This is from 2018. Apparently, Voris stopped inching because he should have called Frank a heretic and anti-pope by now.

His financial backers probably objected.  He can't afford to lose too much of his audience as he tries to make a good living off his broadcasts.

As I said, he had a recent video in which he denounced those who promote and condone sodomy as heretics.  I approved in the comments section but then asked, what does that make Bergoglio?  Answer: a heretic (the whole video was about how Beroglgio promotes those who promote sodomy).  I wonder if my comment is still there or whether it's been purged by a moderator.
