I used to like Voris...but after he attacked trads for pointing out the Pope's errors I gave him up. I don't miss him a bit!
Ohh that was hilarious. Thanks for the laugh.
Now about your comment, I have met Mr. Voris personally and he seems to be genuinely zealous for the faith. I certainly pray that he might have a change of heart to Sedevacantism, this would seriously make some waves in the Conciliar Church. Although his program would lose a majority of its subscriptions now I am not sure if he would be willing to dump the one thing he has worked so hard for. I know he put all his savings into his program show, and he has worked very hard to get where he is. So is love of truth going to supercede some of his monetary concern? Its especially hard when it is your living at stake.
His whole mentality is very much stuck with the indult, he is as pro-sspx as one can get while still wanting to be approved. Unfortunately, he has a complete blind eye for the man dressing in white. I like the fact that he has the courage to bombard the Conciliarist "Bishops" and brings some good journalism to that.
He understands that the traditional faith is the true faith, but its just difficult for him to see how heretics no matter what color their cassock might be, really have no authority over anyone. It is more of a psychological problem, then an intellectual one. Some people are sensitive souls (for them SV'ism will paralyze them I have seen it, they are just struck with overwhelming fear almost like if they hear the trumpets already), these scrupulous souls are the type that confessors say should not typically read certain things. I remember in my parish mission recently, the preacher (Redemptorist), gave a disclaimer before he gave his talk about how scrupulous souls should not listen to this sermon because it will terrify them too much. St. Alphonsus Ligouri says that for these souls, it is not necessary to do a general confession, because just going over the sins of their whole life is so distressing to them that it will literally break their hearts. Need I have to say, the subject was about the four last things... Our age is certainly a very scary one, and scrupulous souls in my opinion especially will suffer more in our age then at any other age in church history. Think of St. Gemma Galgani who would break down to tears when someone would say any blasphemy about the faith, even something that was not central to the faith. I hear it so often, the scoffers, the unbelievers, the heretics one after the other all attacking the claims of the catholic church. I would wonder if I would cry for each time I hear these blasphemous things, if I would run out of tears biologically. Its just so often that blasphemy has become mainstream now, and how i feel very much for these souls.
I think Mr. Voris for the most part does more good then bad. He really gives people enough of a foundation in the faith to help them leap to the next step, to resistance or SV'ism. So in a way he can be a stepping stone to truth, because some of these indult souls will simply not listen to anything the SSPX or SV'ist have to say. He might not realize it, but he is more of a helper to our cause then some might give him credit for. So in that way, I wish that he might continue to grow his audience more and more into the mainstream conciliarist church. Most people can see that there is something seriously wrong with the counterfeit religion they are being fed, they quickly jump ship as soon as they realize that they are being deceived by anti-Christ forces.
