Vocations for Servants of the Holy Family

I’m a prospective brother and seminarian with Servants of the Holy Family, in Black Forest, Colorado Springs. 
Currently, we have Bp. Ward, 6 other priests, and 2 seminarians. However, we could always use more vocations. 

We have kept Resistance principles fairly well. Bp. Ward has made it clear that he refuses to dialogue with Cardinal Fernandez. We celebrate exclusively the Traditional Mass, and we maintain the Traditional Faith, apart from the new religion. 

We have a zoom call every Friday night at 5:00 pm MNT, in which one of the priests answers questions concerning vocations and whatnot. Would anybody here be interested?

"Bp" means Bishop here?

Would he be interested in contacting the Resistance Bishops to get conditional consecration?
