He ignores or mocks substance. Didn't you know there are no cardinals, no pope, no Church, no laws, no priests etc. - waiting for him to declare there's no God. Because of the crisis, papal teachings, Canon Law, etc mean contrary to what they actually say. The guy has been hyper infected with the vacant chair virus, gotta wait for him to either get banned or leave once he burns out like a flare.
