    No offense Matthew, but the reason that a conservative NO Catholic can envision that Bergoglio may not be a true pope is because he or she hasn’t been indoctrinated into the false notion that a Pertinacious heretic can still be a member of the Church. Archbishop Lefebvre knew and understood the doctrine correctly and this is demonstrably evident especially in his talks published in the July 1986 Angelus. Sadly, somehow and somewhere the SSPX sidelined it and instilled a false understanding into it’s adherents.

    We MUST follow the truth no matter how inconvenient or uncomfortable it may be.

    Now, please don’t ban me for this. 😀

    You know, one really has to wonder what's wrong with a person who chooses "sedevacantist" as their very IDENTITY.

    You don't see me calling myself "HUMAN", "MEAT-EATER", or "RECOGNIZE-AND-RESIST" because I don't consider those things the most important, defining trait that needs to be brought up first in any social interaction. Those things are not "who I am" -- just a thin sliver of my identity. Yes I'm 100% human but so are 100% of the world's population. I eat meat but so does 75% of the world's population. Etc. So if I were joining a forum, those would NOT be the things I'd gravitate towards to distinguish and identify myself.

    But apparently for some sedevacantists, sedevacantism is EVERYTHING.  Which proves my point that some of them are obsessed with the issue.
