Christians are called to seek the conversion of all Muslims, the president of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity told an audience at Cambridge University.

The imperative to seek conversions applies even-- perhaps especially-- to militant Muslims, Cardinal Kurt Koch said.

Speaking at an interfaith meeting, Cardinal Koch said that the duty to evangelize applies to all Christians, in their relations with all other faiths except Judaism. He acknowledged that Christians share with both Jєωs and Muslims a reverence for the traditions of faith handed down from Abraham. But he said that "we cannot deny that the view of Abraham in Jєωιѕн and Christian tradition and the Islamic tradition is not the same."

While Christians acknowledge the covenant God made with the Jєωιѕн people, the same cannot be said of the Islamic faith, the cardinals said. Thus "we have only with Jєωιѕн people this unique relationship that we do not have with Islam."

Why am I not surprised considering who runs the Vatican?  

Frankly, I'm surprised.  This is the first time in many years that I've heard about a Vatican cardinal  suggesting that anyone needs to convert.

The Jєωs are the most stubborn, hard-hearted people that have ever lived. The messiah they had waited for for centuries they handed over to pagans to be crucified. They spent the next 2000 years without a temple, without a sacrifice, without a prophet, wandering aimlessly among the nations. You would have thought from that that the Jєωs would be able to interpret what God thought of their crucifying Christ. But no, they reduced Christians to poverty and enslaved them through usury whenever they could, while the Christians prayed for their souls and allowed them to live in their lands, they called Christians cattle to be herded. When after nearly 2000 years a group of pagan Germans retaliates and treats the Jєωs harshly, they act as if it's the end of the world, the great h0Ɩ0cαųst, the great and noble sacrifice of the Jєωιѕн people, and demand that the the world now support and keep silent about whatever crimes they want to commit. The most ridiculous, stupid, wicked people to have ever lived.
