Just one problem (among many): The Pope, as pope, has to will for the building up of the Church. He has no choice but to be happy about the ordination of 13 solidly Catholic priests of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
The man Joseph Ratzinger might disagree, or have problems with it, but insofar as he is Pope he has to like it deep down.
If he is willing to destroy the Church, he's doing so as an able-to-sin, private individual, and not by virtue of his office of Pope.
My parents are still my parents if they tell me to murder the mailman. I have to disobey them, they're rotten parents, but they're still my parents. I don't get any others. I can't replace them or elect my own.
If the Pope chooses to destroy the Church, those disciplines/orders do not have to be followed.
