"Pope Recognized for Translating Great Theological Truths Into Everyday Speech and Images"

     :roll-laugh2:
For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. (Matthew 24:24)

When I see stuff like this I think the bigger issue isn't the papal claimant, but those who elected him.

Trace it back. The issue is with those who support those who elected Francis 1. The great masses of protestant "catholic" laity, who don't have the faith, and from whom comes the support of the heretical novus ordo bishops priests cardinals etc. From the apostate laity also comes the men and soon to be women who fill these posts.

The problem with the "Roman Catholic church" is that it is dominated by people who are not Catholic.

  • The article makes it sound like it's a little like Chairman Mao's Red Book.

For those of you who are too young to remember the Cold War, the head to the Chinese Communist Party was Chairman Mao Tse Tung (I know, they've changed the spelling since, but I'm an old dog and don't change easily).  The "little red book" was a small, pocket sized book with a red cover containing quotations of Chairman Mao on numerous topics.  It was said to be a book that every Chinese had and, indeed, carried.  While many people read it religiously (pun intended), it was something they had to own in the same way every good German had to have a copy of Mein Kampf during the 1930s to the end of the War.

I think I'll pass on this one.
