    Russia was already consecrated to the Immaculate Heart in 1952:

    • Pius XII didn't fulfill the requirements for the Consecration. The bishops of the world did not simultaneously consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart, which is something Our Lady requested as a part of this Consecration. There was no solemn act of reparation for the sins of Russia, which Our Lady gave as another requirement for the Consecration. Also, he consecrated the peoples of Russia, even though Our Lady specifically requested the consecration of the nation of Russia. These conditions were not met, which is why this particular consecration did not bring about the miraculous results promised by the Blessed Virgin Mary that were attached to the specific consecration she requested.

    If the consecration was done, as the Novus Ordos and the Dimond's say, then we are living in the end times (as the Dimond's say) , because this world cannot continue long in the trajectory that it is going. If the consecration has never been done exactly as Our Lady requested, then it needs to be done.

    What we have here is one side saying this is the end time, this is it, the Vatican II church is a counterfeit of the Catholic Church and this is the end times. From there they explain Fatima to fit their current view.

    The other side says that this can't be the end times because we have not had the period of peace as promised, and so they await the consecration as Lucia of Fatima requested in detail.

    Either way, there is no reason for it not to be done today as Our Lady requested. There never has been any reason for it not to be done as Our Lady requested and you describe above. Therefore, we should pray for it to be done. On the other hand,  we should not think (as the Novus Ordos do) that the Vatican II church is the true Church and that this can't be the end times, solely because we have not had the period of peace of Fatima.
