Trying to Decipher a Scrambled Message
Could this be the Third Message of our Lady of Fatima?

Thanks for the link!
.
I read the article, and it is interesting. Since I know that Atila is fluent in Portuguese and enjoys untangling deception in any form, I think he is doing a good service by providing the product of his exercise. I don't think he has any reason to be making this up or trying to "fool" anyone. It seems to me he did a very good job in questioning things that are asking for correction, and that he is correct in expecting that Sr. Lucia would not have made such grammatical errors as the first face of the docuмent would have us believe.
.
It seems to me that Atila has done a thorough job of putting to rest ALMOST all of the problems with this text.
.
The one thing I have a problem with is the fact that Atila does not mention that
the REAL Third Secret ought to be the text of the WORDS of Our Lady to the two young girls (because Francisco could not hear her words).
.
This message that he has untangled --
while it seems as though it easily could be written by Sr. Lucy -- does not satisfy that very important criterion.
.
This message is perhaps yet ANOTHER narration from Sister Lucy, just as the so-called official A.D. 2000 "Third Secret" which appears to be screenplay notes for a movie, NOT the actual words of Our Lady. It seems to be Sister Lucia's screenplay-like notes for what she saw WHILE Our Lady spoke to her, just as the so-called official version is, screenplay-like notes.
.
The last clue we have, where the abbreviation "etc" stands in the place of the missing Third Secret
ends with the phrase, "In Portugal, the dogma of the faith will always be preserved, etc.".
The closest thing this TIA version has are the words,
"Because the dogma of the faith is not conserved in Rome, its authority will be removed and delivered to Fatima. The cathedra [or chair] of Rome will be destroyed and a new one built in Fatima.".
That is, it says,
"Because the dogma of the faith is not conserved in Rome, its authority will be removed and delivered to Fatima." That is
SIMILAR but not quite the same as saying that in Portugal the dogma of the faith will always be preserved. It seems to me this is a summary of Sister Lucy, who can be excused for saying that since Rome has not conserved the dogma of the faith consequently Rome's authority will be delivered to Fatima. However, it seems to me that Our Lady would not be likely to speak this way. It would be more her style to say something like,
In Portugal, the dogma of the faith will always be preserved, and since Rome has failed to keep this precious treasure secure, Rome's authority shall be removed and delivered to Fatima. .
That is to say,
it is not entirely logical to say that Rome has blown it, therefore now it's Fatima's chance. It would be much more logical to say that,
Whereas the dogma of the faith has, and shall continue to find, a meet refuge in Portugal, whereas Rome has failed to protect this priceless treasure, whereas Rome has been tested and found wanting, therefore, Rome's authority shall be removed and delivered to Fatima..My one reservation here is that I have known people who have gone to Portugal to see for themselves how the dogma of the faith has been preserved there, and have come back saying that they did not find it so preserved in Portugal. Perhaps it finds a save refuge in the hearts of simple Portuguese Catholics, but since the Novus Ordo liturgy has all but won the day throughout the country (only on rare occasions is the TLM said there, and mostly by visiting priests like Fr. Gruner and others, who get hassled by pastors like elsewhere and have to resort to saying Mass in hotel rooms and the like), it seems to me that the simple Portuguese people would have a nearly impossible task before them to conserve the dogma of the faith when they're neck-deep in Novus Ordoism for multiple generations.
.St. Luke 1,50:His mercy is from generation unto generations to them that fear Him. (Not unto them who worship the devil instead.)
.
Furthermore, as this
"Because the dogma" part is found near the end of this TIA version or at least in the second half, its location seems a bit off from the revised message Sister Lucia wrote when she added this: "In Portugal, the dogma... etc."
.
That is to say, that her inclusion of the abbreviated "etc" at the very END of her addition seems to strongly point toward the words of Our Lady having begun with literally,
"In Portugal, the dogma of the faith shall always be preserved...".
Atila is not clear on this matter and seems to leave himself room for further developments in the future.
