"It emerged on Friday that the pontiff had said he was told by the Virgin Mary that he should be buried at the church in one of the less salubrious neighbourhoods of Rome rather than in the more grandiose surroundings of St Peter’s which is where popes in the modern era have been laid to rest."

“In some ways it is not surprising. We know the Pope had very good contacts with the trans community in Rome and Ostia. We know he certainly had lunch with them on several occasions. It is part of his general message that he kept trying to put across that you are included in the Church and that all of us are imperfect Catholics.”
Bishop Ambarus said that the migrants and homeless people that had been selected had previously met the Pope. The bishop said there would also be “a small group of transgender individuals I know, who live with a community of nuns and whom we support”.
It's funny that they are listed among the "disadvantaged" being that a lot of transgenders come from wealthy privileged backgrounds where the enablement and funding of these operations are often the parents.

The best way to measure the success of Bergoglio's agenda is in how the overall perception of Catholicism has shifted
by the general public.
It is apparent that Catholicism no longer represents an adversary or hindrance to cultural marxism but has fully integrated itself with its aims. The queers and feminists will continue to agitate for full recognition of their sham marriages and female priests but probably feel the prize is within reach.
As trads were focused on Jorge's attacks on the Tridentine mass and the spreading of false doctrine
he neutralized the church as an instrument to restrain or counter the forces of globalism.
"Who am I to judge" means who is the church to judge queers, pornography, idolatry, divorce, illegal immigration, etc.

one of the less salubrious neighbourhoods of Rome
.
I've been to Rome and I don't think Santa Maria Maggiore is in one of the less salubrious neighborhoods at all.
And obviously Our Lady never told this creep anything except possibly to warn him about his impending damnation.

I wonder what they think of the people living in slums they supposedly care so much for if Santa Maria Maggiore is "less salubrious." It looks like a very beautiful place to me.

Haha! It also makes you wonder what kind of opulence they themselves live in if they consider that place a ghetto when it's actually pretty nice. :laugh1:

So? Pope St. Pius V is buried in St. Mary Major.
