My kids attend an SSPX school. For those parents with school aged children, given the current trajectory of the SSPX, would you consider sending your kids to a school operated by the CMRI or similar organization? My position is that as troubling as the denaturing of the SSPX is, only a doctrinal change would be sufficient grounds to leave. I don't believe the change needs to be formal, but there must be an implicit acceptance of a false doctrine that is detrimental to the Faith. In other words, weak leaders, imprudent actions, being "excessively" attached to a canonical regularization, silence, a new "PR" mentality, certain attitudes towards conciliar bishops, etc. are not sufficient to uproot my family and sever ties with the Society. I'm not interested in debating the merits of the so called "Resistance" if only for the fact that there are no well established schools associated with them.

Implicit in your post is the ignorant notion that there have been no doctrinal changes to facilitate the practical agreement with modernist Rome.
Apparently, it matters not how many priests (former members, members of allied communities, etc) or laymen point out the doctrinal changes to you.
You are an SSPXer.
Therefore, you won't allow yourself to see.
In which case, your postings are a waste of time (as would be any response to them beyond this short missive).
Best of luck!

Why did you feel the need to come to CI and start your thread? It reads to me like you feel guilty for leaving your children in the SSPX school, but that you feel you have no choice because there is no other place to send them.

I'm sorry Sean, I missed where you mentioned that your children attended a non-SSPX school. Also, Mr Tradhican, do you charge for the psychological services on cathinfo or is this analysis a freebie? Any others want to offer additional insults or innuendo?

Hi Kevin, do you ask out of curiosity or do you ask because you are consider sending you kids to a CMRI school?
Maybe it would have been better to ask "Does anyone send their kids to a CMRI school? How do you like it, etc?"

Thanks for the compliment. By the way, I'm also a carpenter, would you like me to saw off that chip on your shoulder?

Interesting, do you specialize in building glass houses?

BTW, I have six school aged children. It seems the CMRI is the most reasonable of the sedevacantists.

No, as a matter of fact I build impenetrable forts on mountain tops with 10' thick walls, and a mote. It is called a family and I am the pater. It is a constant job for the devil is much smarter than I. My wife homeschools 6 children K-12, so I can't help you there. All I can tell you is to not play games with God and He will provide your family with everything you need.
