Ironically, in denouncing Francis for heresy, TRADITIO itself issued a heretical statement.
http://www.traditio.com/comment/com1406.htm (June 14)
The Greek Orthodox Church is formally schismatic because they do not accept the decree of Vatican I Council (1870) on the papacy, but the Greek Orthodox Church is part of the catholic and apostolic Church and is not heretical.
Point #1 -- if they reject Vatican I then they ARE heretical and not just schismatic.
Point #2 -- these same Orthodox denounced Francis for heresy because of the Immaculate Conception
Point #3 -- even if they were "JUST" schismatics, in no way is the "Greek Orthodox Church ... part of the catholic and apostolic Church"
Morrison here sounds more like the Old Catholics he was ordained by.

According to vatican 2 the orthodox are part of the church. The church merely "subsists" in the Catholic church, that is to say, the greater part of it is run by the vatican.
Considering how the vatican is these days, maybe "schism" is not such a bad thing after all.
We can only hold it against the orthodox if the vatican which we want them to be in communion with - holds to the true Catholic apostolic faith, which it does not.
What would you have them do? They are more in union with Catholicism than the vatican is.
Besides, even Catholics cannot place themselves under the vatican for fear of destruction.
There is no alternative to their schism at present.

What makes you so sure it's "Morrison" spouting this heresy? BTW that's not the only heresy in Vat.II.
