SSPX tries to tell judges to "Strike Comments" from the court proceedings, but judges refuse. It seems they can't take / won't accept responsibility...
All this now is hitting the fan...:(

  • So they're getting sued over VanderPutten now?  That was 25 years ago, and the Vatican even defrocked that guy (in 2005 I think).  Or is that just Niles attempting to re-invent her grifting career after the collapse of Church Militant?  I'm 100% certain that Niles knew about Voris' recidivism into sodomy LONG before she resigned over it, likely many months if not a year.  I wonder where her investigation in to Voris was and her protection of children that might under threat from Voris.

I find it incredibly disturbing that "Fr." John Fullerton was silencing VanderPutten's victims by telling them it would be detraction to say anything.  Did they gloss over some basic moral theology in their classes there about how not only is there no detraction, but that you even have a serious obligation to reveal things if there's a threat to others?

And this is the guy the heretic "Fr." Paul Robinson declares an authority on the validity of Conciliar Orders, that we're told to trust ... when he can't be trusted about such a basic matter as when there's no sin of detraction in certain cases.

But the worst part is that Fullerton has been rewarded by being re-appointed as District Superior.
