If I could do it now, I would go to the USA and train as a priest with the CMRI, and then come back to my own country and evangelize.

A few years ago we had a priest from Russia do just that, in fact our Bishop is still in touch with him.

Bishop Pivarunas said that the CMRI has a priest in Russia.
I didn't ask him what rite he uses, but I would suppose it must
be the Latin rite if he's CMRI, no?

And they are in the process of setting up regular Masses in
the Australia/Philippines region.  I'm not sure where, though.

He was ordained a few years ago and I saw him last December when he Visited Omaha.   He uses the Tridentine Latin Rite.

We also have a Priest Who is from New Zealand who Has Mass in Austrailia and the Phillipines and we have a Deacon who is from the Phillipines who will be ordained (GOD Willing) in December.   Of course we dont know if the Bishop will send him there.

I think when people make the statement "Why doesnt CMRI choose its own Pope"

it conclusively demonstrates that they simply do not understand what CMRI is all about.

Not only that, but many people don't understand sedevacantism in general. Some of it is genuine ignorance, but I'm convinced that some of it is willfully malicious.

I imagine you expect a response in kind?   To write an obviously malicious and ignorant comment without a single shred of rebuttle not only lacks Catholic Charity but in addition is condescending , prideful and not in the spirit of the mission of the Church , to save souls.

Therefore , I will not comment on what you think of Traditional Catholicism and the various positions Traditional Catholics take ,  because the direction any discussion would take - would not realize that mission.

    Pax Vobis

I don't know what in the hell instigated this response from you, but it's utterly ridiculous, especially considering that I'm a sedevacantist and a huge supporter of the CMRI and Bp. Pivarunas. Perhaps you need practice with your reading comprehension or perhaps I should've been more clear. The point of my comment was that many sedeplenists are anti-sedevacantism without even understanding it - or wanting to understand it.
"This principle is most certain: The non-Christian cannot in any way be Pope. The reason for this is that he cannot be head of what he is not a member. Now, he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian, as is clearly taught by St. Cyprian, St. Athanasius, St. Augustine, St. Jerome, and others. Therefore, the manifest heretic cannot be Pope." -- St. Robert Bellarmine

I think Malleus must have misread you, he is an all-around good poster but apparently has a trigger finger.

Thank you Malleus 01.  A few years ago I heard stories of how
difficult it is for priests in Russia.  Do you know if this Russian CMRI
priest is having any of those problems?  They had to apply for
permission to remain in the country every 3 months, so building a
mission up was practically impossible ~ since when you would apply
for permission after successful propagation of the Faith, that fact
would be considered as a reason to NOT grant your visa renewal
    when it expires.

I'm pretty sure I met the deacon.  He told me the Bishop is the one
who taught him Latin pronunciation.  When he serves Mass, I am
very happy to hear his responses because I can listen with joy, and
I don't need to even read my missal.  Every word is formed and
nuanced properly.  I was very impressed with that.  I'm sure he will
    make a fine priest.
