Francis has riled some conservative Americans for his denunciation of capitalism and trickle-down economic theory, which is says is based on a survival of the fittest mentality "where the powerful feed upon the powerless" with no regard for ethics, the environment or even God.

Pope Francis stood behind a 3rd world drunken dictator who invaded a tiny island colony.

Pope Francis is no one to talk. He makes himself look silly and ignorant.

I don't think he was a cheerleader for this dictator. Rather he was prudential. He used his position to have the dictator's chaplain be ill for a day so that he could plead for the lives of his confreres.

Every time he opens his mouth I have a   moment.
