Rest in peace, dear Monsignor.

When we render a service to Our Lady, however small, she rewards it a hundredfold. I remark with pleasure that your last act in this valley of tears was appearing in the TIA docuмentary about Our Lady of Good Success and sharing your insights.

This small service you rendered to Our Lady, and to the Catholic Counter-Revolutionary fight, I have no doubt will be to your credit before the throne of the dreadful Judge.

May Our Lady and Dr. Plinio intercede for you.

The Passing of a Priest Greatly Devoted to Our Lady of Fatima - The Fatima Center

A Beloved Priest

Monsignor Patrick Perez was a good friend of Father Gruner and Our Lady’s Apostolate for more than 20 years. He was a professor of theology and liturgy with a profound knowledge of the history and development of the Roman Rite of Mass. He was fluent in five languages and an expert on the modern errors against the Catholic Faith. Msgr. Perez held a degree in Theology from the Pontifical University of Maynooth in Ireland. He served as Rector of the Institute of Christ the King seminary in Italy for a year before undertaking pastoral work in the United States. Msgr. Perez attended and spoke at many Fatima Center conferences and events. He also held events at his parish in California which drew large crowds for Our Lady’s statue and Father Gruner. He wrote many articles for The Fatima Crusader, contributed financially, distributed our material and celebrated Apostolate Masses. We are sad to see him pass away and earnestly pray that he may enjoy the Beatific Vision and perfect communion with all the saints in Heaven.
