  • Every traditionalist complains about the Vatican II period, today it is way out there with Pope Francis teaching that ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs and couples "living together", can be in a state of grace and whatever craziness he and Paul VI, JPII, B16 have brought forward. What all of this has in common,  is that they all have simply brought out into the open, what has been under discussion for years in the ivory towers of the theological circles  among the theologians who debate these matters. Discussions and debates on controversial subjects have always been the material of discussion by theologians. The problem the last 100+ years is that the Modernist/Progressivists/the Devil have succeeded in fast tracking these theories upon the laity. That is what we are living today.

The Vatican II church - Assisting Souls to Hell Since 1962

For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect. Mat 24:24

  • my priest at mass yesterday during the homily said that if he were to preach the catholic faith, he would be kicked out of the NO. I don't know if that's true but its plausible. You have to talk about love and acceptance, tolerance; these are all good things but what about sin and being a disciple of christ? Heaven? Hell? Damnation, salvation. I bet that even 50% of trads don't  believe in hell anymore. W e don't live in a society that believes in hell. If we did, do you think that our society would rife with fornication, pornography, sodomy, abortion and all manner of blasphemy?

  • Wow, 50% of trads? Where do you live?

I sincerely hope that more than 50% of trads believe in hell!

Kicked out of the NO? Do you go to an indult Mass then? I know a priest at my local indult Mass once preached against sodomy and he was punished and was moved away and he never said Mass there again. And in my experience in the SSPX, the faithful that I know about do believe in Hell and fear it. I only have experience with a small SSPX chapel though so I don't know about most trads. I went to the local indult Mass a few times but I never spoke to any of the other people there about the faith so I don't know if they believe in hell.

I wouldn't doubt that 50-75% of self-styled Conciliar "trads" don't believe in hell.  People infected by the heresies of the Conciliar church like the "smells and bells" of tradition and think they are "trads" but they are merely High Church Novus Ordo churchmen.  Few of them have the Catholic Faith.

  • no, I do not go to an indult mass. Nor did I imply that if you can read a sentence properly. Go back to your nascar, which i'm sure you're enjoying on a  large screen tv, after which you'll head out to your bowling league. Are you guys SSPX? Do you use the 1962 stench missal? That's the problem right there. You're all one step from indult catholics.

  • It is unimaginable to me that any percentage of Catholics "don't believe in hell".

You said "my priest at mass yesterday during the homily said that if he were to preach the catholic faith, he would be kicked out of the NO." He seemed to me to be saying that he was in the NO and would be kicked out if he were to preach the faith which is why I thought he was an indult priest. If he was not a member of the NO he could not be kicked out of the NO. Anyway it is clear from this post and your other posts that you are a young prick on the way to hell. I'm sure you will curse at us from hell and call us nascar lovers while you are burning away and we are enjoying the beatific vision.

If he were to preach the catholic faith, he would be kicked out of the NO. Anyone preaching the catholic faith in the NO would be kicked out of it. The sentence is a subjunctive. Go ask one of your NASCAR buddies about the subjunctive, better yet, ask TKGS.He'll do a 30 second google search for you on it, using the very first entry he sees, whether or not it's relevant.

Matto didn't ask, but I'll respond.  I didn't think you were indult from your comment.  After all, he was saying this at Mass.  I assumed that, in his sermon, he was saying that if he were Novus Ordo he would would be kicked out for preaching the Catholic Faith--something that has actually happened in the Novus Ordo to not a few priests.

In fact, I was agreeing with your assessment.  If anything, I think you've given a low estimate on the numbers.
