Not true. He was a great defender of the Faith. And let's remember, if it wasn't for him, there would be practically no Traditional Latin Mass.

I've seen that quote, he is refering to invincible ignorance.

Of course, I don't exactly agree with him on that, but it doesn't make him a heretic.

I accept that, and already said I don't agree with ABL. Of course, someone in the past posted the same quote you did (he's banned now, he was even more extreme than the Dimond Brothers). At first he accused ABL of heresy, then he said "After some additional thought, I realize I cannot accuse him of heresy for that quote because it's hard to know exactly what he meant". I consider that a logical and fair stance to take.
