Just because SSPX doesn't agree with their denial of BOB and BOD, doesn't mean they are treating them badly.
Yes, but the same authorities that the SSPX-ers quote to prove that they are not schismatic and that people may fufill their Sunday obligation at their Masses, are the same authorities that approve 3 Feeneyite communities and allow them to hold the so-called "strict" interpretation of EENS.
Additionally, the SSPX argues that Monsignor Lefebvre was not validly excommunicated. How can they not see the problems with Fr. Feeney's "excommunication"?
Why the Church has allowed two doctrines BOD/BOB which contradict the necessity of water baptism to exist for so many years is because BOD/BOB was never really used to deny EENS as they are now. Additionally, I think the Church always had bigger problems to deal with then to determine whether this theological speculation as to BOB/BOD was correct.
Anyway, I have been in contact with an SSPX-er from France and he says that in the European SSPX it is a different ball game. I think that is positive because I really hope the SSPX becomes a Personal Prelature.
