Matthew 5:37

But let your speech be yea, yea: no, no: and that which is over and above these, is of evil.

  • Silly? I wouldn't call it silly. I would call it diabolical.

  • I would call it a distraction. Someone had too much time on their hands. The image of the shepherd and lamb, his main point, had nothing to do with the 'god' Pan. Yet he fills two pages of images of the greek god, and we're supposed to just accept it? We can draw conclusions about anything and try to make it satanic.

I think we can critique what BXVI does, and there's plenty of it, without having to resort to silly stuff like this. Might as well go visit MHFM's website for more extravagant and evil ideology.

  • Indeed.  The shell is also a very Christian symbol for baptism.
Stir up within Thy Church, we beseech Thee, O Lord, the Spirit with which blessed Josaphat, Thy Martyr and Bishop, was filled, when he laid down his life for his sheep: so that, through his intercession, we too may be moved and strengthen by the same Spir

    If only it ended there.............

It was Helmut Fiedlmayer who recognized the image of the shepherd on the catechism and wrote about it very early on. Extremely clear and decisive, he stated: “The international ‘logo’ of the new international catechism used by all the different vernacular editions depicts the horned shepherd god Pan with his flute....

    Coincidendence???????

That is simply ridiculous. I could say everyone is blind to any made up story I come up with, where people would not agree with me.

Someone explain to me how you derive Pan, from this:

  • How about you help me out here. I'm just not that interested in a goose chase for something like this. If there are people without eyes to see, then certainly there are people with eyes who see more than what's there.

  • Well that's odd, because I am no fan of the Cross he used. But now we're speaking in ambiguities, and I, at least, admit that.

This is the basis for not going along with stuff like this. I don't disagree with NewRome because of ambiguities- but because of solid proof of errors they hold and commit. I can recognize things that don't seem Catholic, and I do in fact. However To count how many grapes are on the pope's Mitre and somehow equate that to 18 degrees blah blah blah, and how 18 corresponds to 666 by multiplying it by 2, dividing it by a banana and wine and so forth- that's just foolish.

Well then - Tell me about Free Masonry and its unmistakeable effect on the Novus Ordo -

Is it a coincidence that the Goat and Pan the Goat God play such integral roles in Free Masonry

And the Mantra of Free Masonry - Liberty - Fraternity - Equality - Mirror the Heresies of Vatican II Chiefly  Religious liberty - False Ecuмenism - Religious Indifferentism

And then we see parallel symbolism of same - especially in the Installation of Benedict?

I can give you a wealth of information - but really - if you want to SEE then you have to PRAY.

If you devote yourself to the Holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary and you ask GOD to give you the Truth the Whole Truth and Nothing but the Truth - then you will also see what is plainly visible to most anyone who seeks that Truth.

As Pilate said to Our Lord - " What is Truth. "

The answers are there for anyone.
