1953: Boy, does that sound familiar. I was born in 1952 and you paint the same picture that I would. My husbands parents were Baptist and no religion. After 4 years of marriage they both became Catholics. Catholics were admired after the war. When there is war the truth shows for itself and people like the Faith, love it. I married my school mate. So, we have a reunion every day, ha!
But the sad thing is, the same picture, all the class mates are out of the church or New Order IF there is any there. The priest that married us messed with our cousin, an altar boy. We found this out 2 years ago. Fort Wayne, IN area.
My family is three fourths out and only a few are New Order. We are traditional, Thank God, since 1996.
