The MJJ prophecies don't seem to be on the the order of 9-11 or isolated tsunamis....
...and aren't some prophecies 100's (Our Lady of Good Success) or even 1000's of years in advance? Like the O. T. prophecies of the Messiah?
"25 He said to them, “How foolish you are, and how slow to believe all that the prophets have spoken! 26 Did not the Messiah have to suffer these things and then enter his glory?” 27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself."
Luke 24:25
.
I don't think there's any real parity between scriptural prophecies and private prophecies, since we know scriptural prophecies are all true.
That is true also for prophecies about the end times or the times of the antichrist that occur a couple of places in Scripture. We know they will be fulfilled.
But Ms. Jahenny's prophecies are warnings about chastisements for sin, and it doesn't make sense that those would occur so far before the chastisement comes that all the people who were warned about the chastisements for their sins would be long dead before the chastisements came. It's would like a prophet saying, "You people better repent, or in a thousand years there will be a terribly destructive war and numerous earthquakes!" That's not a threat at all, and it's kind of absurd.
That's why I gave the examples of other times when people were warned about chastisements that would come in punishment for their sins, and the chastisements were all fulfilled within a couple of decades -- World War 2, which was fullfilled about 20 years after the prophecy, the famine in Europe, which was 10-20 years after La Salette, or even the destruction of Jerusalem that Our Lord predicted, which was 40 years after He predicted it.
I don't know of any case of a true prophet who warned people of chastisements for their sins whose prophesied punishment came true hundreds of years later. The idea makes no sense.
Oh, the prophecies attributed to Our Lady of Good Success are extremely questionable. There is no proof those prophecies existed before their fulfillment.
