A Cardinals view of the Church

Or what he THINKS the church is:

Berlin’s “Cardinal” Rainer Maria Woelki:

“The church is not a moral institution that goes around pointing its finger at people,” he said. “The church is a community of seekers and believers, and it would like to help people find happiness in life [sic].”

NOT a moral institution??
Seekers of what?
Believers in what?
Find happiness in life????

Obviously this man has ceased to have even a rudimentary understand of the Church.

What's the problem with that?  Sounds like a good description of the Vatican II Church to me.

That's unfortunately true.  It is a new religion, not THE Catholic religion.  I pray for the misguided man in the pew who will continue to be led down the garden path to perdition by listening to a man such as this.
