Yup. Just as ludicrous as believing Benedict would be the one to lead the faithful to martyrdom. The 3rd Secret released by the Vatican is a hoax.

Pope and Holy Father are two different things in this day and age. Benedict is not a Pope. He is the Bishop dressed in white. Sede I am now but not a hardline Sede back to 1958.

Interesting proposal, that Benedict XVI is still the Pope. But what difference does this make to the current situation?

To be honest, I consider Ratzinger as one of the bunch of Modernists who brought about Vatican II and Newchurch. I cannot see any difference to him and Francis, except that Ratzinger was a better Modernist that Bergogio. A Modernist is Catholic one day and Modernist the next. That was Ratz. This Pope Frances is Modernist one day and more Modernist the next.

Since when has anyone other than the Pope been called "Holy Father"?
