Do you think full Catholic Restoration is possible?
Of course it is possible, not without suffering and persecution.
Do you believe this Promised Prelate will come?
I have not heard the expression before.
I am not a great one for prophecies by private revelation, though I have read Mother Mariana and found her prophecies to be remarkable.
William Oddie, in the article dated 2012, rather oddly has great hope because of
the faith and valour over the last half century, above all in the present Holy Father (Benedict 16) and his heroic predecessor (JP2 the great); and (believes) that that complete restoration has indeed happily begun.
I much prefer to read the Apocalypse of St John. For example Chapter 21 tells us to expect the New Jerusalem:
The new Jerusalem described.
[1] (http://www.drbo.org/x/d?b=drb&bk=73&ch=21&l=1-#x) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth. For the first heaven and the first earth was gone, and the sea is now no more. [2] (http://www.drbo.org/x/d?b=drb&bk=73&ch=21&l=2-#x) And I John saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. [3] (http://www.drbo.org/x/d?b=drb&bk=73&ch=21&l=3-#x) And I heard a great voice from the throne, saying: Behold the tabernacle of God with men, and he will dwell with them. And they shall be his people; and God himself with them shall be their God. [4] (http://www.drbo.org/x/d?b=drb&bk=73&ch=21&l=4-#x) And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes: and death shall be no more, nor mourning, nor crying, nor sorrow shall be any more, for the former things are passed away. [5] (http://www.drbo.org/x/d?b=drb&bk=73&ch=21&l=5-#x) And he that sat on the throne, said: Behold, I make all things new. And he said to me: Write, for these words are most faithful and true.
