Title: The doublespeak of material public heretics & EENS

Bishop Eleganti: Jesus and the Church are ‘necessary for salvation,’ but this truth has been ‘strongly relativized’ - LifeSite (https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/bishop-eleganti-jesus-and-the-church-are-necessary-for-salvation-but-this-truth-has-been-strongly-relativized/?utm_source=most_recent&utm_campaign=usa)

He starts with:

"It is true that GOD can lead innocently erring people to salvation in ways that are known to Him alone. This is true because GOD offers salvation to everyone and wants all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. People who have never heard of CHRIST or do not really know Him for whatever reason do not simply form a “massa damnata” (a mass of people who will never attain eternal salvation).

We should also think of the countless innocent children who are killed in the womb. All the necessary differentiations in this regard do not relativize the absolute necessity for salvation of the mediation of JESUS CHRIST and His instrument of salvation par excellence: the Church! "

He ends with:

"In this sense, there can be no paradigm shift in the Church that knows the Bridegroom, no new teaching, no enlightenment that surpasses or eclipses all previous knowledge."

"We have no deeper insights into supernatural truth today than the saints in earlier times or than the Church of the Apostles."

He first lays the seed of doubt under the guise of "necessary differentiations" then goes on the entire article [mostly] to uphold the true teaching. Classic double speak of Modernists (but in reverse of the normal order, where they usually teach the orthodox portion 1st and then follow with the infamous, "but on-the-other-hand", [fill in heterodox contradiction] ...

Though I will grant he may just be a material public heretic (though I doubt it very much because he presents himself as one of the "learned") Most likely another crypto-jew-controlled opposition. He speaks with the same impassioned-plea tone that Strickland uses. Strickland wrote a similar type of article a few months ago doing the exact same thing with Religious Liberty. Here it is: A Response to a Comment from A Reader (https://bishopjosephstrickland.substack.com/p/a-response-to-a-comment-from-a-reader)

Anyway, this is THE ISSUE that has led us here, and it started well before Vatican II. One way or another - if you deny EENS - nothing else stands.
