The consecration of Russia!
The way I read the message seems to indicate a plan A: and a plan B:
Plan A: I shall come to ask for the consecration, this happened in 1929 and the Holy Father did not do it for some reason.
Plan B: In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world.
The Triumph of the Immaculate Heart must happen first!
Would appreciate your opinions.

I believe Our Lady uses the word "established". In the Mystical City of God. Now how is She to be established? She has to be made known, the Rosary. I believe that the Blue Army ,established after 1945, after the bomb, maybe 1947, knew how to establish Her.
