It sounds to me that they are preparing for same sex marriage.

There is nothing in Canon Law which would allow for same sex marriage.

Is "Same Sex" marriage specifically referenced in Canon Law?  I am referring specifically to those specific two words in quotation marks.

If the Vatican decides to call in "Same Sex" and to define it as separate from ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity due to some technicality like "lenght of conjugal commitment" or "altering social mores" then they could.

there is no such thng as "same sex" marriage.

Well, I never thought there could be such a thing as a "redefinition of Natural Law"...

Then Instrumentum Laboris came along...

Canon law has beer  broken  to close churches and create saints.  Our bishops and priests should be writing to Rome in defense if the holy sacrament of marriage and even Holy Orders too.

Actually Canon Law has been used to prevent the closure of some of those churches. The bishops and the priests need to be teaching the holiness of teh sacrament of marriage to the people.
